HKCARD SIM Card Samples Policy

As a SIM card manufacturer, we welcome customers to provide data and card surface design to help us better understand your needs and provide you with more personalized products. Our sample policy is as follows:

1. Sample application procedure: Customers can apply for samples through our official website or by contacting our sales representatives. When applying for samples, please provide your contact information and detailed sample requirements, including data and card design, and we will arrange to send samples as soon as possible.
2. Sample fee: We usually provide free samples, but for some high-end or customized samples, a certain fee may be charged. The specific charging standard will be informed to the customer at the time of sample application.
3. The number of samples: We will provide the appropriate number of samples according to customer needs, but in order to ensure fairness, we may limit the number of samples.
Sample shipment: We will arrange the shipment of samples as soon as possible, usually within 3-7 working days after confirming the application. We will use a safe and reliable courier company for delivery, and provide the tracking number of the delivery for customer inquiries.
4. Sample test: Customers should test and evaluate in time after receiving the samples. If there is any problem and communicate with our engineer, we make sure the test is OK.
5. Data and card surface design: We welcome customers to provide data and card surface design, but please ensure that the copyright of these designs is clear and does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights. We can also provide advice and support on data and card face design to ensure the quality and reliability of the final product.
6. Security and confidentiality: We will strictly protect the data and card design provided by customers, follow relevant confidentiality agreements and laws and regulations, and ensure that customers’ intellectual property rights are fully protected.
