Its working principle is that there is a circular coil on the card, and the coil is connected to the IC to form a resonant circuit, and its frequency is the same as the transmission frequency of reading and writing. The reader sends electromagnetic waves to resonate the resonant circuit of the ID card and generate current to act on the ID chip, which is the principle of reading and writing of the ID card. The commonly known ID card in China usually refers to the ID low-frequency chip card that is fully compatible with EM4100, also known as EM card. Common chip models of ID cards include EM4100, EM4102, SMC4001, NT8803, NT8805, etc. The largest domestic actual consumption is the SMC4001 produced in Taiwan, followed by the EM4100 produced by the Swiss EM company.

2. Standard thickness card: thickness 1.05mm, can double-sided color offset printing, print photos, laser or jet printing of various formats of ID card inner code or self-compiled serial number.

3. Standard thin card: thickness 0.8mm, can double-sided color offset printing, print photos, laser or jet printing of various formats of ID card inner code or self-compiled serial number.

Introduction to ID full serial number card:

ID card with complete serial number means that the internal serial number of the ID low-frequency card customized by the customer is incremented or decremented, and any broken number is not allowed. The way of increasing or decreasing the internal serial number of the ID low-frequency card: it can be based on the 5-byte hexadecimal internal serial number, the internal serial number in ABA (8H) format, or the internal serial number in WG26 format. Other formats are also possible. Technology is more mature.

Card with the exact same ID:

The ID card with the same number means that the internal serial number of the ID low-frequency card customized by the customer must be exactly the same number. The internal serial number of the ID low-frequency card is the same as the number: it can be based on the 5-byte hexadecimal internal serial number, the internal serial number in ABA (8H) format, the internal serial number in WG26 format, or the internal serial number in WG26 format. Other formats may be used; sample cards may be provided, or an internal serial number may be arbitrarily assigned. Technology is also more mature.

Process details:

1. Glossy card: Glossy membership card production is the simplest and most common. It can be divided into screen printing, offset printing and offset printing after screen printing. Hot stamping, magnetic stripe, barcode and signature strip can be added to the silk-screen, offset and glue-gloss membership card production after silk-screen printing. Transparent cards are better than glossy cards in terms of look and feel.

4. Matte card: The production of a matte membership card is similar to that of a glossy card. Only a layer of sub-film is covered on the surface of the glossy card, and the matte card looks neither as bright as the glossy card nor as rough as the frosted card.
